Hi,

 

We have mobile form which has RadDatePicker one of control. It is working on Android without an isssue but not working on iOS (tried with Iphone 14 - 16.6.1) but on simulator(iphone 14 - 16.4 and Iphone 15 - 17) is working fine.

I have crash report from iphone but don't know how to interpret it. Just wondering if you have seen this issue before and have any recommendation.

.net 8.0 and latest Telerik MAUI controls

Hi Elvin, you have not included the crash information. Instead of using the forums, which have attachment limitations, I highly recommend you open a Technical Support ticket and attach the crash report data there.

  1. Go to https://www.telerik.com/account/support-center/contact-us/technical-support 
  2. Open a new UI for Maui support ticket
  3. Attach the crash report
  4. Include very detailed information about the app, the OS and the .NET SDK info

An engineer from the Telerik UI for Maui will follow up with you (you have Priority Support, so it will be less then 24 hours).
