Hello Aseman,
Currently, Dess is out of the office so I will be assisting you with this case.
Due to the specifics of the RadVirtualGrid control, you can't extract the cell value directly from the grid. You can get the row/column index of the selected cell/row and thus extract the required data from the DataSource. Please refer to the following forum thread which will be useful on this topic:
