Hello Jason,
The dock order depends on the order of the controls in the Controls collection of the form. I would suggest you add and dock them one after another.

is there another solution for this?
At the moment I have 5 collpanels with dock <top>. Now I want to have seperators between them.

You can use the Document Outline window in Visual Studio to rearrange the controls (see attached).

we are using eclipse (OE Developer Studio) and I have no option like in Visual Studio.

I know that such issues waste time but, this depends on the IDE and the Designer and we have no way to control it. I am not aware of another way to do this (other than adding the controls in a particular order).
