Hello, Peter,

Telerik UI for WinForms controls are supposed to be automatically added to Visual Studio's Toolbox during the installation process when using .NET 2.0 (up to 4.8) Framework in your project. This means that the Toolbox population relies on the Telerik WinForms version available in the Global Assembly Cache. In case the controls don't appear in the toolbox, you can right-click the toolbox and select the reset option from the context menu.

If the Visual Studio is installed after installing Telerik UI for WinForms , you can either trigger the UI for WinForms installation or add the controls to the toolbox manually: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/visual-studio-integration/adding-radcontrols-to-visual-studio-toolbox

I hope this information helps. If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.
