I want to override SchedulerTask children (something similar like in SchedulerItem example) but so far without any luck. Here is my code https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-7h4x9z. This should be possible, right?

Thank you for providing a stackblitz example.
Currently, the SchedulerTasks only supports `title` customization, but we are actively working on exposing more customization options for the Scheduler and its internal components.
We will take your feedback into consideration. In the meantime you can track the progress of this feature request in the following github issue: https://github.com/telerik/kendo-react/issues/660
