If an event starts at 6: 17 it will be correctly shown in the Scheduler, so the user knows that it starts at 6: 17 instead of being shown at 06: 00 which is the default.

i am using proportional positioning for the example the screenshot below i can't see the difference between these events, the first one starts at 9:15 and the second starts at 9:25.
What i would liked to have is, the first event starts between 9:00 and 9:30 and second one just before 9:30.
