Scrollbar issue in page when tooltip is visible in chart. How it can be resolved

Hi Ashwini,

I have tested the following example with a tooltip, but it is displayed within the visible area and no scrollbar appears:

Please share an example demonstrating the issue, so we can test it locally and see what is causing the problem.
