Hi Telerik,

I am using Timelinerange =Timerange.Month. This is perfect.

But how can i show the dayname under the date? Also i would like to skip the weekend in the timeline. Is this possible?

Regards,
Karsten Wendt

Hello, Karsten,

We already have a feature request about introducing functionality to hide the weekends in RadGanttView. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link: https://feedback.telerik.com/winforms/1372653-add-radganttview-one-should-be-able-to-remove-the-weekends-from-the-timeline
As to question about changing the text in the timeline cells, you can use the TimelineItemFormatting event which allows you to format the style and look of the items in the timeline container: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/ganttview/formatting/timeline-item-formatting

Since you have access to the visual element, you can also change its text according to your needs.

I hope this information helps. If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hi Dess,

Changing text has worked. Thanks for your help.

After modifying the text i would like to change the height of the bottom.element. Could you please leave me a reply for this?

Regards,

Karsten

Hello, Karsten,

RadGanttView offers the HeaderHeight property which allows you to control the height of the header row and the timeline container. There is no special setting that allows the bottom container's height.

You can adjust the HeaderHeight with such a value that fit the content you show after the formatting.

Should you have further questions please let me know.
