The Splitter for React is in our Do to list, but its ETA will greatly depend on the community demand.
I can suggest submitting a feature request and based on its popularity we may implement the Splitter sooner:

As for the wrapper version, it is currently not implemented, as the jQuery version of the Splliter only exempts DOM element and we assume that in a React application most of the user will want to place a React component which will not be possible with the jQuery version. Having in mind this big limitation of the wrapper, we decided to focus only on the native version of the component.
