TaskBoard can not drop card when running on dev server

This issue can NOT be reproduced on CodeSandBox or StackBlitz

Please clone this repo https://github.com/ianzone/kendo-task-board-issue

and run "pnpm install" then "pnpm run dev"

It happens also with create-react-app, so it's probably not a vitejs/esbuild issue.

The faced behavior is related to an already known bug, which is logged with the highest priority in our backlog. You can follow its progress at the link below:

Currently, the only know way to workaround the issue is to avoid the usage of `React.StrictMode`.
