I would like to build a verification step that compares two extracted values with compare type not exact. Since this option is not available in the combo, can I use some other logic to get the same result?
Good Morning,
I happen to have more verticle then horizontal space and having the step builder no longer in the ribbon removes a lot of my horizontal space.
I've done some searching around and playing with it but I can not find a way to get it back to my ribbon.
I now have a huge empty space, just over 1/2 my ribbon that is blank.
Is there a way to move my Step Builder back to the ribbon to occupy this empty space and free up some of the right had area.
I have docked it in several locations but honostly back in that huge expanse of emptiness in my ribbon is the best place for it.
Thanks.

Am new to Test Studio, i downloded the Test Studio 2015.2.
When i installed i got an option checked with "Test Studio Ultimate (Standalone app and Visual Studio Plugin for functional, performance and Load Testing)" but Visual Studio plugin not installed when i tried to change the components from control panel thru repair/change, it is not taking it up.
When i tried to open the "Visual Studio Samples - Test Studio" shipped with this package am seeing an error form Microsoft Visual Studio stating "Invalid license data. Reinstall is required."
I donot have Visual Studio installed in my machine, if i install a trial version of VS2012 Ultimate will be sufficient to work with Test Studio VS plugin? or any defined pre-requisite is there.
Hi,
I have tried executing tests through Mstest as i need reports and with Mstest, i can get trx reports.
Although i was successful in execution of tests, I am getting several warning messages. I use a .testsetting file while executing through Mstest.
Generally when executing through Telerik it will never say any Telerik dlls are missing . So that time tests are able to locate all necessary dlls.
But in MSTest, i guess it is unable to do. So i mentioned 2-3 telerik dlls as deployment items in testsettings. Then i got these many warnings
See the below warning.Is there anything which i can do to tell test that dlls are there in Telerik installation folder? Or any other solutions?
Thanks,
VVP

Hi,
In our application, we are using bootstrap multiselect dropdowns provided by GitHub. It generates html in ul/li format like below.

Here I am trying to select "Option 3" using below code but it is not working. It performs click action but doesn't select value from dropdown. There are no change events bind for these dropdowns.
IList<HtmlListItem> List = Pages.TestPage.DropdownDiv.Find.AllByTagName<HtmlListItem>(
"li"
);
foreach
(HtmlListItem item
in
List)
{
if
(item.InnerText.Contains(
"Option 3"
));
{
Log.WriteLine(
"In!"
);
item.Click(
);
break
;
}
}
Can anyone help me to resolve this ?
Thanks,
Chandresh
Does anybody have suggested best practices for using Test Studio along with Microsoft Release Management.
I would like to run a test list as part of the automated release pipeline, halting if there is a failure.
Hello,
I am attempting to use the Telerik Test Scheduler to run tests overnight on my local machine. When I schedule the tests for a certain time and return to the "Results" tab, and reload, the tests I had scheduled disappear.
I was following a walkthrough on how to schedule the tests and it mentioned needing the Test Execution folder under Telerik in your start menu, but I don't have this folder available. What am I missing and how can I obtain this?
Also, my Test Studio Test Runner that is running in my ongoing programs bar states that its connected and running 4 test lists, which I believe are the ones I scheduled. However, that means that one of the lists, of 4 tests, has been running for 16 hours.
