The Drawer component does not support keyboard selection. Pressing the Enter key after tab switching has no effect.

Hi, Hu,
At this point only tabbing through items is supported. We have a logged enhancement for enabling the user to select an item by pressing the Enter or Space key, its progress can be tracked and monitored here:
https://github.com/telerik/kendo-react/issues/1004
Once it has been implemented the GitHub item will be updated accordingly.
