The closest thing to a workaround I can currently offer is using TextChanged. However if you use this approach and check if the Entry value is String.Empty for example, there will be no difference in the outcome when pressing the clear button and selecting the text and pressing delete.
Let me know if I can help any further.

Hi Atlanta,
We are reviewing this feature request and we are wondering about the scenarios where ClearButtonClicked event would be used. To ensure we fully understand your requirements and can provide the most effective solution, could you please provide some specific details about the scenario you have?
For instance, it would be helpful to know:
Where and when the event will be invoked?
What specific actions or behaviors are expected when the clear button is clicked?
Are there any dependencies or interactions between the clear button action and the TextChanging event?
What is the desired outcome when the clear button is clicked in relation to text manipulation and cancellation?
By gathering this information, we can better comprehend the context of the specific use case, enabling us to develop a feature that aligns with the needs of the scenario.
