In order to re-arrange the system button from left to right, it is necessary to set the FormElement.TitleBar.RightToLeft property to false:

I am glad the suggested solution was appropriate for your scenario.
Off topic, note that most of the forum threads are reviewed by Telerik representatives and sometimes we address the questions asked by our customers in the forums as well. However, a post in the forum doesn't guarantee you a response from the Telerik support team although 95% of all posts are eventually answered.
