RadWaitingBar provides different waiting styles indicating the long-lasting operation: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/track-and-status-controls/waitingbar/waiting-styles
There are public properties that allow you to customize the animation, e.g. speed and step: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/track-and-status-controls/waitingbar/properties-methods-events
Our Demo application >> WaitingBar >> WaitingBar Settings example gives you the experience to play with the animation settings.
In case you want to load a gif file instead the waiting animation, you won't need RadWaitingBar. You can simply apply the desired gif file as an image in RadButton or PictureBox for example.
