WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT ANY OUTPUT CONTENT GENERATED BY THE [CHATBOT/DEMO] FUNCTION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO SUCH OUTPUT CONTENT’S QUALITY, ACCURACY, LEGALITY OR RELIABILITY. ANY USE OF CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE [CHATBOT/DEMO] FUNCTION, IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

- Your Data: You are solely responsible for the content of any data provided as Input. You must secure and maintain all rights in your data necessary for us to provide the chatbot/demo services without violating the rights of any third party.

We do not keep a history of chats and do not record your data. The use of the chatbot/demo function is solely for the purpose of showcasing the integration of Telerik and Kendo Components with the AI tool, and no personal information or chat history is stored or retained.
note that as part of providing the AI services, Microsoft will temporarily store Inputs and Output content to monitor for and prevent abusive or harmful uses or outputs of the service. Authorized Microsoft employees may review such data that has triggered automated systems to investigate and verify potential abuse.

- Our Indemnity Exclusion: All Output content is provided 'AS IS' and without any representations or warranties, express or implied.
- Your Indemnity Obligation: You will defend us and our affiliates from any third-party claims arising from the provision of Inputs or use of Output content in a manner that infringes upon a third party’s IP rights.
- High-Risk Disclaimer: The chatbot/demo function is not designed for high-risk use where a service interruption could result in death or serious bodily injury. Any high-risk use is at your own risk.
- Professional You are encouraged to verify any information obtained from the chatbot/demo function before relying on it. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided, nor for any actions taken based on the responses received.
